First contact by email, including 30 mins assessment ( situational cases) plus candidate form. Horrible experience with the recruiter none sense questions ( some) , bad attitude she was looking her phone ( camera on by teams) only answer from her was "gotcha". Not sure if was my only experience because I was schedule at 4 pm but was very unrespectful and sincerely bad experience. The post still, I am not sure what they are looking in the "perfect candidate "

Stregthneess and weaknesses? Tell me about your self? And some none sense questions/comments as: we are paying probably more than you could expect ( none even asked what were my expectations) . Are you actively applying to other companies?
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Entrevista
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
