Had the first phone interview, which I needed to complete a series of personality tests beforehand. After the interview, I removed my application because their process seemed unnecessarily complicated for an internship.

Entrevista
First you will receive a phone call from a recruiter to talk about the job, get to know you a little bit, and if they like you from just talking then you will get an in-person interview. Before that, you complete 4 online assessments which aren't too difficult. Then at your in person you have a 30 minute long behavioral and 30 minute long written assessment that just tests your pattern recognition.

Long online interview screening with series of forms to fill out to gauge fit. Virtual interview was very standard, but not that intense. It took about a half hour. Asked about what I know about Uline.
