I noticed the posting for a second shift manager on Monster, so I posted a resume. I was contacted the next day and asked to take three tests. After the tests, I was called to set up a date for a phone interview. The interview went great and the interviewer was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. After the interview, I was told that I would be contacted within seven to ten days. I got a call seven days later to set up an interview in Prairie Pleasant, Wisconsin. I was also given two more tests to take and submit. When I arrived at the location I was given two timed tests. After the tests, I was interviewed by an HR representative. Again, the interview went very well. The HR representative was very professional and extremely nice. Next, I went to the warehouse to interview with two of the warehouse managers. They were great. I took the tour of the facility and the facility was impeccably clean. The warehouse runs like a well oiled machine. The HR recruiter kept me informed through entire interview process. I did receive an offer but I declined for family reasons. I will always be thankful for the time that the staff took to interview me and I can’t say enough good things about all of them.
