Entrevista
I applied via the Uline website and received a call within a day or two to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly fit based but also focused on relevant skills. After the phone interview I received a request for an in person interview and set one up for roughly 2 weeks after the phone interview. Prior to the interview I was asked to complete a personality and writing test and fill out a rather lengthy application. The interview took place at the corporate headquarters and consisted of a computer competency test, a sales test, and an ethics test. After these tests I had a series of 3 1:1 Interviews. The first one was with a representative from HR, the next two were from managers in the department I was applying to. Most of the questions were fit based with some focusing on "Why Uline?". There were also several competency questions related to my coursework as well as questions related to my resume. I received a phone call a couple days after the in person interviews with the job offer.

A virtual interview with general get to know you questions. Mostly your past experience, typical behavioral questions, your future availability, and willingness to relocate. Interviewer was nice, but very fast when speaking.

What languages do you have experience in? Elaborate.
They asked simple behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, and things along those lines. They also asked about strengths and weaknesses and a few questions about past work experience. It was overall an average interview.
Strange interview process? Recruiters are extremely unprofessional and called over 20 minutes after arranged time. She didn't answer any of my questions properly and spent more time talking about herself than about the role. Pay is also unreasonably low.
