I found out about Uline at a job fair. I applied the same day and by the next day I was contacted for an interview. After completing a phone screen I was contacted a week later being notified that Uline found my qualifications to be impressive, but they were choosing to move forward with more experience candidates.

Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.

What has helped you to possibly be successful for this role?
Got my first phone interview. It was pretty easy and chill. They just want to know a little about you and why you're interested in the position. Probabaly asked me like 4-5 questions.
