I applied online on Uline's website, received a call the next day for an in person interview 2 days later. They sent an email with hard copy application even though they obviously had my resume. Went in for interview and took two math quizzes and then talked with a manager who informed me that as a manager they are expected to pick and pack and run a fork lift. Was asked basic questions and I felt rushed. I feel I was rushed out because of my age and degree. I did not see anyone working there over the age of 40. I also did not see any Black people and when I googled the owners, the Uihlien's and found that they give millions to conservative Republicans I figured out why I didn't see any people of color there.
