It was an open house job fair. A paper application was required with resume. The interviewer shared this was a general screening interview process to see if I'm viable candidate to move to next round. The interviewer was helpful and informative about the position and didn't rush the interview was genuinely interested in my history to vet me for next interview. Turns out it wasn't what I was looking for and declined to move on in the process.
