Phone interview - we discussed the position and what it entailed. We went further into the responsibilities and assignments. There were very little responsibilities that would utilize my experience, training and management expertise.

You will take 4 personality tests at home, then 2 timed math tests at the interview. The HR rep didn't explain the process or who I would be interviewing with. Once the tests were done, I was told the hiring manager would be right in, 45 minutes later someone came in and it was not the hiring manager and she had an attitude before we started. several times i was interrupted and snide comments made about my experience and age. This was very disrespectful and discriminatory. I was very disappointed that I didn't get an interview with the hiring manager. It is a shame as I went into this hearing nothing but good things about working there and was super excited to have the opportunity to work there. I have never been treated with such disrespect at an interview.
