The first round of interviews takes place over the phone. It was a quick 20-minute call with general questions regarding my resume and career interests. The interviewer got back to me very soon after with the next interview steps.

Entrevista
First I submitted an application, then was brought in for an on-campus interview. After I submitted the application two days later I received an automated email from their recruiting team saying my application was denied. A week after that I then received an email from another recruiter at the company inviting me to an on-campus interview. While I was confused I decided to attend the interview. I thought the interview went very well and my interviewer was very professional. However, in the end, he did not give me any contact info and or mention anything about the next steps, which made me wonder if they only interviewed me because they accidentally sent me an invite. Either way, I thought the interview went well and was a good experience. However, a few days after the interview, I received another automated email saying I was not accepted to proceed in the process. The issue with this was that they did not even bother to send out one to each of the individuals they interviewed. This was a non-personal mass email so I was able to see every other person who was interviewed and denied. Overall, while I thought my interviewer was very professional, I found the entire process extremely unorganized and wildly unprofessional.
