Initially contacted for a phone screen. Then had multiple online personality tests. Next was an in person interview that started with 2 timed tests with a group of people. Then had 2 interviews with different managers. I suggest you do your research and preparation for a behavioral interview.
make you fill out several tests, for a 2 min interview with a hiring manager, who already knows if hes gonna hire you or not without saying a word. very strange way of hiring people
Simple and easy! Prepare the general questions such as why choose to work for uline? I suggest researching the core values of the company and what its goals are. Good luck!

Quick and a lot of assessments. After the four assessments taken before there was an additional two when I arrived to the facility. Then it was a few questions for the interview but it was not as long as I thought it would be.
