I was contacted by couple of recruitment consultants for this role and suddenly one fine day without any prior intimation one logical reasoning test was sent to me from a 3rd party site for this organisation. Right from day 1 this is completely badly managed as their was no discussion with me from company HR and even the test link doesn't mention any details of the HR contact with whom to interact further incase you need any info. They didnt even cared to come back on the test status though I was completely sure that I would have cleared the test. Very unprofessional experience and would never recommend them to anyone.
