After an initial phone screening, I was called for a face-to-face interview which took 60-75 minutes. Then I was told I would get the feedback within 2-3 days but there was no communication from them and not even receiving the call. Almost a month later, I got the from the recruiter that my first round of interviews had been cleared and by next week there will be a final round with one of the directors. Again no further information from their side and when I called the representative she told me the director was not available for the interview and that soon we'll schedule the interview, again it's been a month since I was told that there will be another round of interviews.
