I applied online and was contacted a couple weeks after by the Operations Coordinator by email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mainly going over my prior work experience and and attributes that make me suitable for the position. I was contacted about a week after the phone interview to set up an in person interview at the local HQ. The interview was really informal. We briefly went over a couple scenarios that might happen on the job and how I might react to that. I was officially extended an offer three days later.

How will you break the news to a driver who has not passed the background test?
Letting candidates know what questions you’ll ask makes them see the interviewing process as fairer. You could give them interview questions before their interview and let them think through their answers. If questions are well-designed behavioral or situational questions, they can’t be easily faked. And interviewers can usually tell when someone recites an answer. Besides, with sites like Glassdoor, your candidates are already able to take a peek into your question inventory. It’d be best if that information came from you instead.
Typical interview meeting with 4 Uber Members I would be working with. One interviewer in particular lacked professionalism spacing out and not attentive to what I had to say. Even at one point took out her phone. Doesn't matter if that was some sort of test. It was the principle and I lost interest in the role if this is how they treating potential candidates.

Entrevista
Phone interview, went well very easy if you are relaxed about interviewing. I have a special circumstance, but most people have to go in to be interviewed. Make sure you're pretty if you go in, this company is very clique oriented and will judge you based on your appearance.
