Quick 20 min phone interview, questions were pretty basic and the recruiter seemed lovely. Heard nothing back - even after chasing up a response by calling and emailing. Kind of unprofessional.. I get that a company like Uber is busy but you should at least take the time to respond to an email with a polite "no you were not successful in proceeding to the next stage"

The hiring process is extensive with several phone screens, a video interview, followed by an in person interview with 6 people. They definitely take their time interviewing to find the perfect fit.
