Started with phone interview with HR, then the standard analytics test performed by Operations & Logistics manager, followed up by phone interview with Special Proejcts central manager. Interview was mostly economics focused (ie. supply and demand) and responding to changes and driver incetive schemes. The analytics test (which everyone is most interested in knowing more about) was not difficult if you understanding basic Econ and have basic Excel skills (ie. V-lookup and Pivot). Advice: save the excel workbooks to your desktop (there are 2) immediately upon download - they tend to freeze and close. The analytics test was consistent with Glassdoor reviews already posted. Interviewers were stand-offish and seemed very distant, like they did not have enough time to devote to my timeslot. In addition, a different interviewer phoned me than what I was told, so I knew nothing about their background (ie. Linkedin, etc.) to ask relevant and meaningful questions.
