The team is pretty young, both the HR tram and the manager. The interviewer is a regional manager and the position I applied is a local role. From the linkedin, I can see my working experience crossed several years ago with that of the interviewer in a well established company. And the amount of years I serving it is much longer than the interviewed. But in the process, the interviewer didn't mentioned it at all, just straight with several questions which I think I answered quite well. And several days later, an email arrived saying they would rather go with another direction etc.
Also, during the interview, the project I was asked to do was not mentioned at all, like it never happened.
And it lasted around 4 months.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
