I got contacted via Linkedin by a corporate recruiter that explaining if I am interested in a job or not. Job was at another country but they thought I am living there, there was a misunderstanding. Anyway after I said that I want to know more about the job to decide to move another country, they wanted to talk me via Skype and gave me time and date for that. The 1 hour pre-interview via Skype was good, he didn't ask me about my past experiences, only a few simple questions. Mostly he explained lots of details and I listened. Afterwards he wanted me to have an online, first Analytical test and secondly Creative test. The position requires me to go to the city in 1 month on tops and it was not possible for me to go that time as I was contracted with somewhere at least 3 months more, so I didn't take the tests.

What is the reason for you to choose Uber to apply, what are your motives? What do you know about our company and service? Did you ever use Uber service?
The hiring manager interview I recently had was outstanding. They were professional, genuinely interested, and created a relaxed atmosphere. Their insightful questions allowed me to showcase my skills and expertise effectively. They provided transparent insights into the company's culture and emphasized the importance of collaboration. What do you like about your current position? What are your salary expectations?
Was very rude treatment, late start, joining halfway through a case presentation asking questions that have already been covered.
This was after 1 week of preparation and several rounds on interviews.
Took weeks between each interaction. Guess it was because they hadn't decided 100% to move into the market where I'm located, but still. Ended up with nothing that I guess was the best for both parties.
