Applied online. Similar to what others have described. Overall, I didn't feel I was being dragged along like others - they we're pretty up front the other time of expectations.
Overall their HR staff was some of the best I've had to deal with, especially compared to others at similar companies in the area. They were extremely prompt and actually really friendly.

Initial screening: A phone interview with the company’s hiring manager or recruiter.
Technical interview: Another phointerview or online test that assesses your skills and knowledge in data analytics, statistics, SQL learning, etc.

Interview was fair and thorough while also being respectful of a candidate's time and only looking for the aspects/qualities necessary to the job. I would interview with the company again.
