Technical phone screen was scheduled after initial call with recruiter.
Basic security questions on cryptography and application security. 1 coding exercise question.
Recruiter responded within two business days saying interview feedback is positive and asked for available dates to schedule second phone screen.
I've sent my availability and that's it. No more response.
Note to Uber - if you don't wanna hire, just start the interview process. Please avoid this kind of time waste activities in future.

The first two interview phases were smooth and well-organized. The questions were relevant, and I appreciated the quick follow-up at each step. A solid experience in my opinion. Unfortunately they continued with other candidates.

Asked purely software engineering Leetcode questions. Not a single security question for what was supposed to be a security engineering internship. Interviewers were not engaging and seemed very disinterested from the beginning.
