Phone screening. Then a second phone screening. After that the analytics test and a case. After that a 40 min video interview presenting the case along with some other questions on how could you expand the business in general or to address some key issues of the service. Finally a three (3) hour interview with four (4) different interviewers one after the other.
Overall the process went well, I really prepared for everything they might throw at me and the recruiting staff was very helpful. However after all the interviews where done, I asked a couple of times the result of the process and they just told me "today we will decide". Then I just saw the job posting again online and then I knew that I was not going to be selected for the position. A week later I received a generic email telling me that I was not selected.
