I had two phone interviews, one with a recruiter type person, and one with the manager of the area in which I'd be working. They had me do a case study related to the type of work I'd be doing. After that, the company flew me out to San Francisco for an on-site interview with 5 members of the team. When I returned home, I did a video conference with a 6th member of the team.
