Applied online, to a few positions. Got a generic email asking to fill out a calendar spot for phone call. Did not specify the position that they were interested in speaking about. I picked a time slot a couple days away, hoping that the interviewer would get back to my emailed question of what position I would be considered for. Zero response with about 3 follow up emails. The morning of the interview came, I got a google calendar cancellation the day of at like 7am (my call was at 10am). This time she wrote to me! So she does use her email! She said she had to cancel b/c a last minute GM meeting was added to her calendar, and gave me her calendar again to reschedule. I wrote back, fine, but could you let me know what position I'm being considered for? ZERO response once again it's like she doesn't check her emails... Day of my rescheduled date came. I didn't get a call so 5 minutes in I emailed and asked if we are still scheduled to speak. She wrote back IMMEDIATELY and said, hey I called and left a VM. I got nothing on my phone so I emailed her back immediately as well asking her to maybe give me her number since I was clearly not getting her call. You guessed it. ZERO response from this point on. I was still really interested in speaking to Uber about the opportunity (ies) that I was possibly being considered, so despite her lack of response, I went to one of her old calendar links and rescheduled myself for another interview slot, hoping I'd get her call then. Got the same confirmation (automated from google) as the couple times before so I thought I was all set. Finally came today's call time, no one called me. Great This is definitely the worst interview experience I have ever had (I've been in the workforce for 4 years already). Not sure why this recruiter is so disrespectful of candidate's time.

Applied online, and scheduled a call with HR. The person interviewing me was a year out of college, and did not seem to have any real understanding of other industries, even though the role is trying to hire from the investment or consulting industry. She did not make any serious attempt to understand my qualifications. She instead asked a question about a time I used data. I explained a very complex data analysis project I led in the municipal debt space, and she told me in the interview I should be applying for other roles without explaining why.
