First, I got a recruiter call to discuss why this role? And why Uber? discussed the role and the interview process and next I was invited to a panel round in which one round was coding (Pandas+Easy DSA) and Product Metric question and other round was on A/B Testing. Then invited to another panel round of 4 interviews continously where in two rounds completely on past experiences, behavioral (Tell me about a time questions) and in other two rounds one was coding on DSA Medium and other was on A/B Testing

The process was smooth and well organized. A recruiter initially reached out, followed by a first round consisting of two interviews—one with the team manager and another with a data scientist, both engaging and informative.
Failed at technical screening round. Recruiter told me I will be tested on SQL, but I got tested on Python as well. Did not prepare well for that interview and didn't get moved forward

Technical Screen: Live coding (SQL window functions and Python/R) focused on data manipulation.
Virtual Onsite "Loop": Five rounds covering A/B Testing (network effects), Product Case Studies (Uber-specific metrics), ML System Design (ETA or pricing models), and Coding.
