I talked on the phone with an HR rep for a half hour. I talked on the phone with a director, for a half hour. I then had a 4 hour interview with 9 different people, including the director I talked to on the phone. At one point in the interview, I discovered that they are starting an interview process for the manager position I would be reporting to had I got the job.
