Interviewed for the clinic manager position. The process includes a phone screen, interview with the director, followed by an interview with the team of physicians at the specific clinic. The last interview was the most stressful because of the number of interviewers.

The recruiter emailed me for a screening. After passing this, I spoke to the manager and then to the medical director. From there, an in- person interview was arranged with the manager and medical director.
