First, they will screen some unnecessary applicants an email to set up interviews. It is a really friendly interview process and asks simple behavioral questions, i.e they will give you a scenario. Be calm and be yourself. Don't take more than 4-5 minutes to answer a question, unless you have a very good and exciting example with an anecdote. If you had prior contact with the interviewers and they know you by name, it will help a lot.
