Hiring Process was very detailed. Mainly focused on scenario based interview with Strategy and Management consulting based questions. 1) First Round - Telephone interview made me very comfortable to talk and express 2) Second Round - In-Person Interview, very detailed, Strategy, Vision to practical hands-on experience and background 3) Third Round - Open Dialogue on idea exchange, options to work with them, explained their consulting model, vision, explore how and what are the areas that I can contribute.. Overall felt very good about the Company, it's principals, style and culture
