After you have received an email, their will be a scheduled online interview through skype, this process will be your initial stage where the company will get to know more of your basic information. After you have passed the Skype interview, the second stage will be the face to face interview, in this stage you have to go to their office. During the face to face interview process, they will first test your Personality and IQ through an online exam then next will be the test for your skills, then lastly the interview with the CEO. After a week, they will contact you for a further instruction if you will be able to be accepted in the job.
