After a cursory phone screen (15 mins) I was scheduled for three 45 minute interviews. All ran long so I spent three hours interviewing and since UScellular uses the "STAR" system that meant three hours of answering the same type of scenario-based questions. It was grueling and all three interviewers seemed a little uncomfortable with the process. What happened next? Nothing. Ghosted. If you spend 3 hours interviewing a candidate, the least you can do is send a form rejection.
