First was the screening interview with HR, which was great. Second was the interview with the hiring manager, which was just bizarre. He told me a little about the job and never really asked a question. He just, tell me what you've done that would be applicable to the role. Since I've been ghosted and it has definitely changed my opinion about the organization.
