Interview will be telephonic. Mostly interviewer will be looking for yout attitude and how good you are in handling a conflict situation or a crisis situation. There can be few occasional technical or business questions to check how good you are. Expect questions which will help the interviewer to understand the real reason why you are looking for a shift. Always ensure to give positive opinions at the same time trying to be honest
