No interview. Was hired based on previous relationships. Company was literally screaming for help. Initial management had no idea what they were doing. I don't know that this is an accurate assessment of their real practices but I did interview people for them and it didn't seem to change much from what I encountered.
The interview process was fairly standard. There was a phone screening with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager and then a final interview with the VP. From there the followup took about 2 weeks and then I received an offer letter.

Overall interview process was fine and timeline for each stage were also explained clearly. Post employee referral, it took sometime to get the recruitment call, once recruitment started the process each stage were progressed with clarity on the timeline.

Two to Three rounds depending on the position and role. There could be technical rounds, followed by interview by hiring manager or delivery manager or account manager and then Human Resources team.
