The interview process had multiple rounds:
Technical Assessment
This included aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and coding questions.
English Communication Assessment
In this round, we were asked to:
Read or listen to a paragraph and answer related questions.
Speak about a given topic or situation for around one minute.
Respond verbally to prompts to assess fluency and clarity.
Group Discussion / Debate
Depending on the number of candidates, either a group discussion or a debate was conducted.
Technical + HR Interview
Questions were asked based on the resume, so it’s important to know everything mentioned in it.
Basic coding questions like patterns, palindrome, and sorting were asked.
Concepts from OOPs and SQL (especially joins and retrieving data from tables) were discussed.
HR questions focused on communication, confidence, and general fit for the role.
