Entrevista
Very friendly people, but many steps. They called me back for 2 interviews, with a total of 5 people. 2 in-person interviews, 3 via webcam in a conference room with people located in their corporate HQ

The process was long and inefficient. Had a phone interview followed by 3 separate 30-minute interviews back to back to back. All 3 interviewers asked the exact same questions, so I felt I had to repeat myself each time. Also, the company prides themselves on the people and finding the right fit, however they asked 0 questions about me personally. They were more interested in my resume. I felt like this could have been a single interview with all 3 managers at once if all they wanted to do was ask me the exact same questions over and over. The managers were all quite dry, felt very robotic through all 3 meetings, and if you go onto the next round you're looking at another 3 of these meetings. Just a lot of hoops to jump through for an entry level job.
You meet with multiple employees over video chat and talk in-person with the local branch leader. There’s a comprehension exam at the end. It’s pretty chill and everyone (besides one guy) is really nice, just a very long process overall.

After a lengthy interview process that included multiple rounds of interviews and an aptitude test, I was informed that I would not be moving forward. Despite requesting feedback, USLI declined to provide any explanation for their decision. Given the significant time and effort I invested in the process, I felt that my time was not valued or respected.
