Kinda creepy they use AI to get you to a next step (initial possibilities for discrimination) with an automated email ["We have reviewed your assessment and believe"] 'we' collectively bull as in no one but a computer most-likely, then 'require' you to video yourself via your tech, and then you submit without being able to 'see' the people judging you and having your video, screengrabs (professional enough to be ID theft stolen), and personal answers on file in video as well as voice-to-text with/without seeing. No way to 'interview' the company interviewing you. Certainly felt like a DEI pawn in their world... No way to NOT consent to the recording or storage or deferring to a real-time virtual interview to their lazy, impersonal company hiding behind automation. Whether this is to be lazy, to scan your 'optional' racial background prior or to use automation as a scapegoat from hiring people of Caucasian/American-African, Age, etc., they know how to implement this well. If this is the company for you, then go poke some coat hangers in the ground with a head on your shoulders... Completely uncomfortable nonsense wrought with judgmental, lazy standards without care. I was left with expecting the same robotic, horrible engagement with the company now if they rolled up to my home.
