Was scouted on Linked In. Advised HR lady what my required compensation needed to be. I was then called to a second interview with the manager, then co-worker interview, then another HR interview. All of this for them to come back and offer me 8k less than what I told the HR rep I required.

Interview went well. Went into great detail about my work experience and industry knowledge. After screening interview the interviewer presented me to the hiring manager for consideration. Seems this is the standard for all interviews.
