Multiple interviews with situation based questions. Phone and Zoom interviews were completed. Not difficult, comfortable and lasted about an hour each time. Got an email at 3am with no information as to why I wasn’t selected. Reached out to the two directors to thank them and ask for some feedback. Received silence.
