First there’s a Phone screen , then you are scheduled for an In person interview. You are sent an email with vague directions of their campus. You are then interviewed by a rude woman who had you look at a script about selling cellphones and then asks you questions about it.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
