Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en USAA (San Antonio, TX) en oct 2013
Entrevista
I did not have the opportunity to speak with USAA at the career fair, but I applied online. The entire process lasted a little over a month. Shortly after I applied I was contacted for a videoconference interview. The interviewer asked typical behavioral questions and questions about my interest in the field. Two weeks later I was notified that I was selected for the final interviews. A week later I drove to San Antonio and we had dinner with the other students and a few members from the department. The next day we went to HQ and toured the campus, met with many people working in the department and were interviewed in a two person panel for about 45 minutes. All the questions were behavioral, but I could see how the questions were related to my specific position. They also based all of their questions from my experiences on my resume. I found out I was selected for the position three business days later.
First round is an IT assessment with 3 questions and 40 minutes in duration. You have 48 hours after the email was sent to you to complete the test. Second round is a phone screening. Finally, the last round is a technical interview.
It was only one interview. I got a text asking what time to schedule it and I accepted it. Then, I was the selected candidate to get the offer. I waited for nearly two weeks to hear back from the team. My interview was also 8 months out from the internship.

virtually proctored technical skills quiz. python language asked 3 questions to demonstrate coding knowledge. would only recommend for computer science majors and not information systems majors because heavily coding based.
