I applied online through Workday about a week and half to 2 weeks later I got a phone call to schedule a phone interview the following day. I interviewed with a mail recruiter he was very nice asked normal star questions asked me to explain some things on my resume afterwards he let me know he felt comfortable moving me to the 2nd phase of interviewing scheduled me about 2 weeks later because it was right before thanksgiving. I received another phone interview with 2 woman 1 doing the bulk of the Interview and the other taking notes a couple more behavioral and STAR questions and a Sales role play I interviewed on a Tuesday and got the phone call with the offer and Friday or Monday.

Tell me about a time when your current company changed a policy about something that you didn’t agree with what did you do?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
