Applied through an outside recruiter. First had to take a test. The test didn't work well with any of my browsers, and I had lots of issues completing it, but finished with 100%. Next was a technical interview phone call. They rescheduled it multiple times. It took 3 weeks to get them to not reschedule the call and take it. When I finally did take the interview, the 4 interviewers were late. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, yet 1 was 2 minutes late, the 2nd was 5 minutes late, and the 3rd and 4th over 10 minutes late. They would talk over each other and it was very difficult to know what question was being asked, and I never had any idea who was asking the questions. I was told I would be gotten back to later that day (Thursday) about next steps to Phoenix for onsite as I would be flying out Monday. They never got back to me. I had to start hounding the recruiter to get an answer from USAA. Friday went by with no answer. Monday went by with no answer. Finally on Tuesday, I got ahold of the recruiter and he said USAA passed because I wasn't "senior enough" for a mid-level position. The entire process was terrible and my opinion of USAA has sunk considerably and I would now not recommend them.
