Spoke to a kind man at a career fair. He immediately expressed interest in my coding background and as we continued to speak about simple concepts, told me to give him my information for an interview opportunity. Met with interviewers a week and a half later. Consisted mostly of behavioral analysis questions. "A time you did this...". With a few logical questions at the end.

40 minute 3 part coding assessment with increasing difficulty. You get to pick the the language yourself, I chose python. During the interview, there is not enough time so solve each questions. I solved 1/3 questions. I didn't pass the sample test for 2/3 of the coding questions.
