My experience took about 3-4 months to go through all the tests, processing of papers, drug test, and interview. When you first apply you get sent an email saying to take a test. Then you wait for them to send you another email...you then proceed to the next step which, for me was a background check. Once you pass that you get another email to proceed to the drug test. After you pass that...I waited for a long time before they emailed me for an interview. I honestly thought they forgot about me. On the day of the interview I dressed business casual and brought my social and drivers license (a form of identification...they tell you to bring these in the email) and was placed in a room with about 12 other people who got selected. One by one they call you back, (I was the first one they called back). My interviewer was extremely nice. He asked me basically my job history, how flexible I was, and if I'm still interested in the job. He explained how the job would be. He explained how this is not a career and does not have benefits, but basically if you stay 3-5 years you have the "chance" of becoming a full time worker with benefits. After the interview they put you back in the room with the others and you do some paperwork (filling out where you've lived for the past 10 years, job history...ect) and then they finger print you and say you'll be getting an email if you get accepted and when you start! Took a month for me to recieve that email. Now I'm excited to start working!
