You apply to the position you interested in then a day or two they email you with a assessment test basically to get a feel of you then you get emailed to take the 473 exam you will receive your score within 2hours I scored a 76 then you will receive and email to consent to background check. They will send this same email again but this time it's to schedule your drug test they receive your result rapidly but It took me a little over a week to my email letter to a group interview. The process takes about 4 hours . You fill out paperwork , then move on to your one on one interview where they basically explain in further detail about the job title and do you think you would be a perfect fit for the job . Then they tell you to wait for and email that will further assist you in the hiring process . The next step is to start training depending on what you applied for that's about a week long class room setting the driver training then you start your shift at the location they give you .
