One on one, informal in a conference room. He asked me about 9 questions and it took about 45 minutes. Much of the interview was him telling me about the job and then following up to see if I had the skills once he explained what was necessary. Basic government questions, it was all scripted. The longest part of process was waiting to hear back form HR. However once I heard back the remainder of process took about 3 weeks from interview to offer.
