Straightforward interview, curious about how prior work experience would relate to the position. Also requested a list of references, which they didnt ask to bring to the interview. Didnt even contact my references before telling my I didn't get the job.

Quick process; hiring manager reached out a few days after applying, after which a video interview was scheduled and conducted. The process was easy, uncomplicated, and straightforward. One of the quickest application cycles I've been through.
The interview itself moved extremely quickly. It was very rushed and I had to be ready to answer the questions quick; they read questions from a sheet and said goodbye quickly afterwards.

How do you deal with people who have different personalities than you?
The interview process was fair and straight forward. I appreciated the interviewers cause conversations to make the interview more comfortable. They do ask the same or very similar questions for every interview so if you ever go back you should have an idea of what the questions will be.

Interview process was smooth and quick. They are really good at getting back to you. You have to apply on USDAjobs.gov and go for the position you want. They will send you an email that your application has been submitted and towards the end of the job posting, you should hear back from whatever office you applied to.
