Phone interview during which one interviewer failed to show up and the other one sat waiting for her, then proceeded with my interview as fast as possible. Was told they needed someone "yesterday".

Was asked repeatedly if I had more questions after telling a little about my qualifications. 10 minute interview total, no discussion of "next steps", and then when I reached out to say I was going with another company, they said they "wished I had made time to review their offer". Which they then waited a day and did not make.
