I spoke to a recruiter and asked for a Combat MOS that was shipping to Basic Training as soon as possible. He set me up as a Field Artillery Crewmember and took me to the MEPS to fil out paperwork and take a physical. Got that knocked out and left 8 days later.

Not an interview process. Just speaki to a recruiter, and they will have you take the ASVAB and go to MEP, where they will conduct a physical and then determine if you can serve or not.

They lied to me every step of the way. They were desperate to make numbers and didn't give two squirts of any liquid about me. I was young dumb and looking for a job so I didn't read my contact carefully, Thought i was only doing 2 years ended up doing 2 active plus 4 in the ready reserves. Worst job I ever had

A lot of paper work and extremely in depth medical screening along with having to wake up very early to go and sit in a chair with your packet for hours while they try to scare you into making sure you tell the truth
