Casual interview, didn't ask much mainly asked verification details for background check. No technical interview in my experience. The interview was more for getting clearance rather than actual position. Interviewed in person and had a quick follow-up.

Took way too long and was told I would hear back by certain date, but it took almost two months longer. It was not very clear, but questions were fair.
I was emailed within two days of my application to set up an interview. the interview was a causal conversation that occurred over the phone. It was short and friendly. I received a response regarding my performance within a few days
