Sat down and met with the then acting Commander. We discussed duties of the position that I was going for and what I could bring to the table to take the unit to the next level. We also discussed my background. I also met with the current staff and got their take on the position and the work environment.

Incredible, challenging while also rewarding. Truly opportunities to grow. Certainly recommend as a position to go from early to mid level career. The position location will depend on the time commitment and challenges faced.
